Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong organizational skills
- basic knowledge of fitness and recovery services
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- be the first face people see when they walk in
- deliver an elite member experience through energy and connection
- support front desk operations and daily studio flow
- assist with sales and converting leads into members
- manage and educate clients on our recovery services (cold plunge, sauna, etc.)
- help create a community people don’t want to leave
