Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- five plus years related experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software

Job Duties
- assist leader with scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
- prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Studio Leader
- coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation, and managing itineraries
- help draft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the Studio Leader
- complete expense reports
- conduct initial research or information gathering for presentations and projects as requested
- organize, scan, and maintain files, records, and documents for practice area
- prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute minutes for key team meetings
- greet clients, guests, and team members professionally and warmly ensuring a positive atmosphere
- manage the studio phone system and direct calls to appropriate team members
- maintain the reception area ensuring tidiness and necessary materials are stocked
- coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries and notify team members
- provide assistance to visitors including coordinating parking, suite access, and Wi-Fi setup
- maintain and update the team member and visitor log
- coordinate and manage the firm’s weekly Monday10 presentation including disseminating calendar appointments and reminders to presenters
- assemble weekly Monday10 PowerPoint agenda slides
- coordinate with IT on updates and changes prior to firm-wide presentations
