Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
 - two years of related experience
 - knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
 - knowledge of phone etiquette
 - knowledge of basic cash management procedures
 - ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
 - ability to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers
 - ability to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues
 - ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
 
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
 - two years of related experience or completion of a post-secondary degree or certificate may substitute for experience
 - effective communication and basic instructional skills
 - strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
 - bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
 - basic computer skills and knowledge of productivity software
 
Job Duties
- Serve as the Sunland Park Center business office receptionist
 - provide on-site representation for the center's education programs and services
 - provide support to the business office, site director, faculty, staff, trainers, students and visitors
 - provide information regarding programs, general education coursework and basic skills work
 - assist with Banner/Navigate registration, drop/add/withdrawals
 - maintain information regarding jobs available for students
 - assist students with information and procedures for admissions, payment of tuition, fees and financial aid
 - prepare and make bank deposits
 - perform general word processing, on-site computer processing and documentation of all payments
 - monitor all activities at the center and perform related work as assigned
