Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate guest flow
- provide tableside service, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction
- process guest payments accurately and handle POS transactions
- deliver professional, friendly, and efficient guest service
- maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
- follow service protocols and safety standards
- assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and closing duties
