Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate guest flow
  • provide tableside service, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • process guest payments accurately and handle POS transactions
  • deliver professional, friendly, and efficient guest service
  • maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
  • follow service protocols and safety standards
  • assist with restaurant setup, cleaning, and closing duties
