Job Requirements

  • willing to work in Quebec on campus
  • currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at McGill University
  • availability for approximately 3 hours per week during the contract period
  • proficiency in English communication both verbal and written

  • ability to attend events and planning meetings as scheduled

Job Duties

  • support event logistics including setup and wrap-up
  • coordinate communication with performers and facilitators
  • manage promotion and event materials
  • take notes during planning meetings and live events
  • ensure smooth event operations and guest support
