- support the planning and execution of events related to the Faculty of Education's Black Flourishing proposal
- coordinate communication with performers and facilitators
- manage promotion and materials
- take notes during planning meetings and live events
- assist with event setup
- provide guest support during events
- perform wrap-up tasks after events
