Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in Canada
  • willing to work in the province of Quebec
  • proficiency in English communication both verbally and in writing
  • ability to work part-time approximately 3 hours per week
  • availability from January 5, 2026, to April 30, 2026

Job Duties

  • support event logistics
  • coordinate communication with performers and facilitators

  • take notes during planning meetings and live events
  • ensure smooth event operations including setup, guest support, and wrap-up tasks
