Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled UVU student
  • Ability to stand for short periods of time and help with event setup, takedown, and display arrangements

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled UVU student
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with UVU campus culture and student life is a plus
  • Experience with event planning, marketing, or outreach is preferred but not required
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential

Job Duties

  • Represent the Center for Social Impact during campus tabling, enthusiastically engaging with students to communicate our mission, values, programs, events, and leadership opportunities
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing Center events, including workshops, seminars, and community gatherings
  • Support event logistics including setup, takedown, registration, attendee check-in, and follow-up
  • Manage tabling materials: maintain scripts, distribute swag, and track sign-ups for newsletters and social media
  • Collaborate with Center staff, Impact Fellows, and other team members to ensure smooth event and outreach operations
  • Contribute to creative marketing efforts to increase student awareness and engagement
