Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • Willingness to learn and work in Houston
  • Ability to pass FAA background check and drug test
  • Completion of 6-week training program
  • Availability for flexible part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid passport for international travel
  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated background check and drug test
  • Completion of intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • Conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • Enforce FAA regulations onboard
  • Execute emergency evacuations when necessary
  • Manage turbulence protocols calmly
  • Respond to in-flight medical emergencies including administering first aid, CPR, and AED use
  • Deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage services
  • Anticipate and address customer needs
  • Resolve conflicts and manage special passenger requests professionally
  • Collaborate with crew members, gate agents, and pilots for smooth flight operations and on-time departures
