Job Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- must maintain a permanent residence within the State of Utah
- provide a valid Utah residential address within 30 days of start date
- ability to work outside normal business hours including days, nights, and weekends
- successful completion of a criminal background check
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- ability to take feedback and direction
- commitment to high professional standards
- any previous customer service experience
- current food handler’s permit
- experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with cashiering and/or point of sale software
- familiarity with basic rules and gameplay for basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, and volleyball
Job Duties
- Serve as game/event ticket takers and ushers during athletic events
- perform front desk receptionist duties and handle data entry tasks
- work at concessions stands assisting with food and beverage sales
- conduct laundry duties related to athletic department needs
- provide excellent customer service to event attendees
- assist with setup and cleanup during events
- operate point of sale systems for concessions sales
