Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety procedures and handle chemicals safely
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or a similar role is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is beneficial
Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain designated equipment and areas as assigned by management
- Keep a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day and empty mop bucket
- Exercise extreme caution and follow proper procedures when using chemicals
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Adhere to all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow associates at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Stand and/or walk for 100 percent of the time
