Job Requirements

  • ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • 1 year of leadership experience in food service or similar setting
  • previous food service experience
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • strong personal hygiene and professional mannerisms
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • manage inventory to minimize waste and maintain high valuation
  • supervise staff to ensure they are on task and quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized operation
  • ensure signage is current and accurate
  • collaborate with sport nutritionists, culinary staff, and other departments to provide optimal service and uphold the organization's positive reputation
  • report any malfunctions or repair needs affecting daily operations
  • organize and coordinate transportation of food and equipment to alternative serving sites
  • communicate with other departments to ensure continuous food availability throughout service
  • uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations
  • log and maintain food temperatures to ensure safety standards
  • delegate tasks to staff and provide leadership during service
  • perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
