Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one-year sales experience preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- computer literacy
- valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance
- ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds
- ability to interpret and communicate detailed instructions accurately
- professional appearance in accordance with company dress code
- ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with coworkers and management
- compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college coursework or a college degree desirable
- minimum one-year sales experience preferred
- customer service background desirable
- excellent communication and organizational skills

- knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- experience with property management or accounting software
- valid driver’s license and good driving record with auto insurance
Job Duties
- Develop and post engaging and professional social media content reflecting community values
- Schedule daily posts to promote new leases, resident engagement, highlight events, and share updates
- Conduct on-campus and surrounding business promotions to raise housing community awareness focusing on students
- Collaborate with campus organizations to facilitate partnerships and promote events
- Organize and execute at least one resident event per month to foster community engagement
- Work collaboratively with team to brainstorm and implement innovative event ideas
- Provide leasing information and schedule visits for prospective residents
- Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Explain lease and community policies effectively
- Prepare and assist with leasing paperwork accurately
- Collect security deposits, rent, and related funds
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Conduct follow-up thank you notes and callbacks with prospects
- Maintain accurate knowledge of community aspects such as rent, vacancies, and apartment availability
- Comply with state and landlord-tenant Fair Housing laws and standards
- Monitor community webpage and advertisements for accuracy and effectiveness
- Conduct follow-up activities to establish positive resident relations
- Maintain current resident files and open communication with management
- Engage with local business and residential communities
- Assist with resident retention and renewal programs
- Work professionally and meet productivity standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
