Job Duties
- Develop and post engaging professional content across social media platforms
- Schedule daily posts encouraging new leases and resident engagement
- Conduct on-campus and surrounding business promotions targeting students
- Collaborate with campus organizations to facilitate partnerships and promote events
- Organize and execute monthly resident events to foster community engagement
- Provide information about apartments and community to prospective residents and schedule visits
- Prepare and assist with leasing paperwork including applications and lease agreements
