Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older and able to serve alcohol
- Valid ID to work in the U.S. must be presented at the interview
- Clean shaven (no facial hair), well groomed hair and good hygiene
- No visible piercings or tattoos
- Ability to follow directions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous server experience is a plus
- Must provide own uniform consisting of a long sleeve white dress shirt, black bow tie, black dress pants, black socks and black shoes

Job Duties
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Interact with guests and fulfill requests
- Place settings, arrange items on table and set up buffet
- Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
- Keep glasses filled, remove used plates and replenish utensils
- Clean and breakdown of service
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
