Job Requirements

  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Minimum of 1 year strength and conditioning-related experience
  • Ability to start and finish workouts on time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dedication to motivating and improving the lives of athletes
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Minimum of 1 year of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
  • Maximize client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
  • Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
  • Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns
  • Assess and align athletes with the proper program
  • Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member
  • Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams
