Job Requirements
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum of 1 year strength and conditioning-related experience
- Ability to start and finish workouts on time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to motivating and improving the lives of athletes
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
Job Qualifications
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum of 1 year of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
Job Duties
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
- Maximize client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
- Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand
- Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns
- Assess and align athletes with the proper program
- Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member
- Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams
