Job Description

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise that is rapidly expanding with over 80 facilities currently open and more than 180 in development. Job Requirements

  • Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Holds at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
  • Minimum of 1 year of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
  • Maximize client retention through best-in-class service including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
  • Modify and adapt movements to suit individual athletes
  • Teach proper form and technique while ensuring athlete safety
  • Assess and align each member with the proper program
  • Build and maintain relationships with each athlete
  • Deliver accurate and industry-leading advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
