Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of professional experience in consulting or healthcare-related fields
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication skills
- proactive and self-motivated work approach
- ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, US citizenship required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of professional experience in management consulting, healthcare, or a related strategy or transformation-focused role
- experience in conducting structured research, synthesizing findings, and translating information into clear insights and recommendations
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proactive, self-motivated approach to work
- ability to thrive in both structured and unstructured team environments
Job Duties
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support planning strategies, capacity planning, and operational optimization
- review and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- collaborate with team members to draft current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state recommendations
- support development of client deliverables including slide decks and briefing materials
- develop meeting agendas, capture notes, and synthesize stakeholder discussions into follow-up actions and decision points
- contribute to continuous improvement of templates, review processes, analytical tools, project communication, and knowledge repositories
