Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business, operations, or supply chain
- Proven record managing operations including production, fulfillment, and delivery
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build and execute standard operating procedures
- Experience with fleet or logistics management preferred
- Location flexibility to work in East Rutherford, New Jersey

- Ability to oversee fleet and driver operations
- Strong operational and systems execution skills

- Background in operations or logistics
- MBA preferred
Job Duties
- Own and operate the Slice Hub to meet regional performance goals, with the ultimate metric of shop retention
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pickup of goods, marketing materials, and hardware to shops
- Oversee the Hub's in-house printing operations and hardware provisioning, as well as other local operations
- Track and improve shop onboarding and retention and market share, in partnership with Sales and Implementation
- Manage the Hub budget and execute against key operational KPIs including managing profit and loss performance, meeting on-time delivery service level agreements, maintaining inventory accuracy and avoiding stockouts, ensuring fast fulfillment and delivery of branded packaging orders, managing fleet capacity, optimizing utilization, and maintaining assets to support reliable local delivery
- Build and execute standard operating procedures and systems in partnership with central teams
- Manage inventory and distribution including local storage and fulfillment of goods, hardware, and marketing materials
- Lead fleet and delivery management including local driver coordination and fleet operations to ensure fast and reliable delivery
- Maintain the demo and showroom including workbenches, community area, and Slice team workspace
