Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum seven years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 60% across specified states
- Residence near a major airport in the region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational structure
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success in consultative, enterprise-level sales
- Strong negotiation skills including pricing models, SLAs, and multi-year contracts
- Experience working in a matrixed environment collaborating across various departments
- Ability to engage senior executives and translate business priorities into value-based solutions
- Analytical mindset with ROI and cost-benefit analysis skills
- Strategic thinker with resilience and adaptability
Job Duties
- Drive new business by identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities
- Lead full sales cycle including prospecting, solution development, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build executive relationships and engage C-level leaders to align Sodexo’s solutions with client priorities
- Develop strategic account plans, conduct executive business reviews, and ensure contract compliance
- Leverage Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape go-to-market strategies
- Create differentiated solutions for higher education clients
