Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • over 2 years of hotel leadership experience
  • local candidate preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel leadership experience
  • experience with recognized hotel brands preferred

  • proficiency with hospitality management software
  • ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • knowledge of extended-stay hotel operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure quality guest service
  • manage and motivate hotel staff to achieve high performance
  • develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
  • maintain compliance with brand standards and company policies
  • oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue
  • ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees
