Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- over 2 years of hotel leadership experience

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel leadership experience

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure quality guest service
- manage and motivate hotel staff to achieve high performance
- develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
- maintain compliance with brand standards and company policies
- oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue
- ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees
