Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in event marketing and/or experience design and strategy technology industry a plus
  • proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and teams
  • ability to interpret multiple competing data points and priorities to provide data-driven decision making
  • comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
  • willingness to travel for key global events

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • serve as the main point of contact for product marketing product and field marketing leaders ensuring event strategies align with business priorities and launches
  • lead quarterly planning and business reviews with salesforce product and industry partners across campaigns field and product marketing to align priorities and update holistic event plans
  • define the strategic presence of salesforce product and industry solutions across the full event portfolio from campground activations to content tracks and ancillary events
  • collaborate cross-functionally with event operations content strategy and operations event demand generation enablement and pipeline programs teams to deliver integrated experiences
  • drive experience innovation by identifying testing and scaling emerging priorities or activations
  • build and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for salesforce product and industry solutions
  • develop pre-event overviews and post-event recaps highlighting participation presence and impact
  • partner with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability across international events
  • track analyze and share event performance metrics translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • present updates and outcomes to stakeholders including pmm sales product and strategic events leadership
