Job Requirements
- Two years’ experience integrating joint, live, virtual and constructive federation including coalition and joint forces
- Two years’ experience in brigade level and higher joint exercise planning
- Five years of directly related experience
- Ability to work extended and irregular hours including weekends during rotational exercise support
- SECRET security clearance required
- Willingness to travel up to 20% annually within CONUS and OCONUS for missions lasting 5-25 days
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five years of directly related experience
- Experience with joint, live, virtual, and constructive federation integration
- Experience in brigade level and higher joint exercise planning
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Graduate of US Army Command and General Staff College or War College is a plus
- Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Field Grade officer or contractor experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide strategic exercise support for USAJMC Live Field Experiments and Scalable Assessments
- Gather and analyze training requirements aligned with TRADOC Strategic Plan
- Develop recommendations for the USAJMC Campaign Plan to improve exercise execution
- Collate and synthesize After Action Review data into comprehensive reports
- Prepare talking points and strategic presentations for government stakeholders
- Participate in meetings and conferences as directed
- Support rotational experiment exercise schedules including irregular hours and weekends
