Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of aerospace account management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of aerospace and commercial aviation
- Experience in aviation operations, ideally within Part 135 or 121 airline sectors
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across manufacturing, operations, training, and customer-facing roles
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace account management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and innovative problem-solving skills
- Passion for aviation and customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Administer and lead contract execution activities including decomposing requirements and tracking performance
- Scope and tailor activation support for commercial aircraft customers including overall scope, schedule, resources, and integration needs
- Collaborate with Activation support functions and Entry Into Service teams to maintain project schedules for aircraft delivery through sustained operations
- Manage distribution and organization of all contracts and related documents including agreements, correspondence, changes, payment schedules, and notices
- Maintain detailed customer and order information in CRM and ERP systems including sales orders, configuration data, and change orders
- Serve as the customer liaison for all technical and non-technical issues
- Monitor revenue inflow by tracking build milestones, invoicing, and payment balances according to contractual agreements
- Lead cross-functional account teams, conduct account scrums, prepare contractual briefs, and manage escalations with executive sponsors
- Conduct executive business reviews, lead regular customer meetings and visits, and develop long-term customer strategies with Sales coordination
- Track account health through key performance indicators and customer feedback, reporting internally and externally
- Collect, document, and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction according to contract terms
