Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of aerospace account management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Proven track record of managing complex contracts and customer relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of aerospace and commercial aviation
  • Experience in aviation operations, ideally within Part 135 or 121 airline sectors
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across manufacturing, operations, training, and customer-facing roles
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace account management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for aviation and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Administer and lead contract execution activities including decomposing requirements and tracking performance
  • Scope and tailor activation support for commercial aircraft customers including overall scope, schedule, resources, and integration needs
  • Collaborate with Activation support functions and Entry Into Service teams to maintain project schedules for aircraft delivery through sustained operations
  • Manage distribution and organization of all contracts and related documents including agreements, correspondence, changes, payment schedules, and notices
  • Maintain detailed customer and order information in CRM and ERP systems including sales orders, configuration data, and change orders
  • Serve as the customer liaison for all technical and non-technical issues
  • Monitor revenue inflow by tracking build milestones, invoicing, and payment balances according to contractual agreements
  • Lead cross-functional account teams, conduct account scrums, prepare contractual briefs, and manage escalations with executive sponsors
  • Conduct executive business reviews, lead regular customer meetings and visits, and develop long-term customer strategies with Sales coordination
  • Track account health through key performance indicators and customer feedback, reporting internally and externally
  • Collect, document, and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction according to contract terms
