Job Duties

  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with the store's goals and brand image
  • oversee all aspects of event planning including concept development, logistics, vendor partnerships, staffing, execution, and administrative duties
  • manage event budgets, schedules, rentals, materials, and vendor contracts to ensure operational excellence
  • collaborate with store management and key partners to determine event sales goals and integrate events into daily operations
  • leverage clientelling tools and local influencer partnerships to promote events and form awareness
  • analyze event performance and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement
  • identify opportunities within market calendars and external areas to enhance outreach and drive sales traffic
  • complete support tasks such as product selection and point-of-sale setup while adhering to asset protection and compliance procedures
  • foster an environment of acceptance and respect, ensuring authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
