Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand for 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ready to work in a physical and fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking in a high volume operation
- Must be a team player willing to accept assignments as needed
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading, writing and oral English
- Ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by deadlines
- Flexible schedule to work day, weekend and holiday shifts
- Previous experience in a storeroom or inventory role preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate basic inventory software or tools
Job Duties
- Check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure accuracy
- Issue food, beverage and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders
- Communicate effectively with outside vendors and internal hotel management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds as required
- Work flexible schedules including day, weekend and holiday shifts
- Accept assignments as needed to promote teamwork
