Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manually lift heavy items
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents
- Completion of necessary driver training and record checks
- Eligibility to work in the United States verified through E-Verify
- Compliance with safety procedures and protocols
Job Qualifications

- Experience in warehousing or inventory control preferred
- Basic computer skills including typing and familiarity with Google Operating System
- Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manually lift heavy items
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
Job Duties
- Receive equipment, supplies, and materials including unloading trucks, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and cranes
- Count and verify material descriptions, delivery packing slip, purchase order paperwork
- Annotate discrepancies, partial receipts, refuse erroneous shipments
- Label and put away stock, assign new locations as required
- Execute bi-annual inventory and report lost material
- Pick, pack, and stage equipment, supplies, and materials for customers
- Notify customers when orders arrive and schedule pickups
- Issue materials to customers using MTI, transfer electronically using PeCOS
- Scan packing slips and purchase order paperwork and send to business office
- Maintain inventory integrity
- Notify supervisor if stock is depleted
- Contact vendors or contractors to request quotes to replenish warehouse inventory
- Prepare equipment, supplies, and materials for surplus disposition and facilitate necessary documentation
- Perform safety checks on equipment as needed
- Create work order requests
- Drive a state vehicle as required
