Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and be mobile for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
- Ability to bend and lift up to 45 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work in adverse environments
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Appear in proper uniform and maintain a presentable appearance
- Assist in stocking supplies in counter area, display refrigerators, salad bar, and steam table
- Inform kitchen staff timely when food quantities are low or for special requests
- Display food within appropriate temperatures per standards
- Maintain appropriate portion control and merchandising standards
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris
- Clean tables, chairs, equipment, and utensils
- Keep counter and floor in work or service area clean and free of debris
- Accurately explain daily menu items to customers
- Follow department policies and procedures
- Relay relevant customer comments to supervisor
- Comply with sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
- Pick up food items from serving bar or storage area
- Check orders to ensure guests receive complete and correct orders
- Responsible for all financial transactions
- Comply with all TABC laws
- Perform other assigned duties and tasks
