Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to work weekends and holidays
- effective written and oral communication skills
- ability to make intelligent decisions quickly
- able to calmly, courteously and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers
- able to read maps, signs, delivery orders, and product labels
- must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- knowledge of the required delivery area and town

Job Duties
- Deliver customers' orders safely, quickly, and cheerfully
- help keep the parking lot clean and free from litter
- accept payments and keep proper change account documentation
- maintain delivery vehicle in safe, fueled, and clean condition
- keep vehicle maintenance records
- provide good customer and associate relations
- communicate effectively with customers and associates
- make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers
- be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
