Job Requirements

Candidates must be 16 years or older
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must pass a drug screening in applicable states
Support team members by acting as back-up when needed

Job Qualifications

Be knowledgeable about animals and pet products to provide outstanding neighborly service
Excellent listening and communication skills to address customer concerns and needs
Strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn about the Wag N' Wash brand and products
Ability to perform walk-in nail trimming services

Job Duties

Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, ready-to-help attitude
Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs
Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program
Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products including inputting data into computer systems
Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process
Stock the bathing supply caddies
