Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older
- able to pass a drug screening where applicable
- able to lift heavy items (40-65 pounds)
- able to stand for long periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- passion for animals and customer service

- friendly and approachable with strong customer service skills

- basic math skills for processing transactions

Job Duties
- help neighbors select the perfect toys and products for their pets
- review and compare ingredient labels of pet food for customers
- fit dogs with harnesses and other gear
- educate customers about pet ownership and care
- stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- ring up purchases accurately and efficiently
- feed and care for in-store animals ensuring clean habitats
