Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- pass a drug screening where applicable
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 40-65 pounds
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to learn through training programs
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience a plus
- enthusiasm for pets and knowledge of pet care
- ability to engage with customers warmly and professionally
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting

Job Duties
- help customers select appropriate pet products
- review and compare product ingredients for customer education
- fit pets with suitable accessories
- educate customers on pet care
- stock shelves and organize inventory
- process transactions at the register
- maintain cleanliness and care of store pets
