Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to frequently walk, reach, and talk
Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
Frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds
Constantly stand and use hands, wrists, and fingers for repetitive motions
Acceptable level of hearing and vision including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment focus
Adherence to company work hours, policies, and professional behavior rules
Meet federal and state regulations for handling firearms (if applicable)

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred for asset protection roles
Previous related work experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to operate POS equipment and handle inventory software
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for sports and outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, and camping
Ability to meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions (fishing and hunting sales positions)
CPR and first responder certification is a plus for asset protection roles
Working knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
