Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to walk reach talk frequently and occasionally climb balance stoop and kneel
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds constantly
Constantly stand handle use fingers and perform repetitive motions
Acceptable hearing vision including close distance peripheral and depth perception
Adhere to company work hours policies procedures and professional standards
Meet required credential and certification standards based on position
Ability to read and interpret safety rules operation maintenance instructions and planograms
Operate and coach others on POS and telephone use for cashier role
Maintain strong situational awareness and emergency response readiness

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection
Previous related work experience preferred
CPR and First Responder certification a plus for Asset Protection
Operating POS and telephone proficiency preferred for Cashiers
Strong customer service orientation
Effective problem solving and communication skills
Passionate about outdoors hobbies such as fishing hunting competitive shooting and camping
Must meet federal and state requirements for firearm sales for Fishing and Hunting team members
Bilingual skills a plus
