Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform duties
- Ability to frequently walk reach and talk
- Ability to occasionally sit climb balance stoop kneel crouch push and pull
- Ability to constantly lift up to 10 pounds occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Constantly stand handle use fingers to grasp and perform repetitive motions
- Specific vision abilities including close distance peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to connect build rapport and engage with customers
- Effective problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to execute multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory software and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Provide prompt friendly customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale equipment accurately and efficiently
- Maintain merchandise presentation according to plan-o-grams
- Support inventory control and stocking processes
- Adhere to safety rules and emergency procedures
- Participate in loss prevention and asset protection activities
