Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- acceptable level of hearing and vision
- adherence to company policies and professional behavior
- ability to frequently walk, reach, talk, and occasionally sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
- capable of lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and use repetitive motions with hands and fingers
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- meet federal and state requirements for firearm sales where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous related work experience preferred
- proficiency in operating POS equipment and inventory systems
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- ability to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
- knowledge of outdoor hobbies preferred for relevant roles
Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- navigate and assist customers with a wide range of products
- maintain store profitability and contribute to company mission
- operate POS equipment and manage transactions
- engage with customers to build rapport and trust
- support inventory control and merchandising tasks
- follow safety rules and emergency procedures
