Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail or related work experience
Ability to operate POS equipment and telephones
4+ years personal outdoor experience preferred for certain positions
CPR and first responder certification a plus for asset protection
Knowledge of loss prevention or criminal justice a plus for asset protection
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous related work experience preferred
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills
Proficient with basic math and retail technology

Ability to meet federal and state requirements for specialized roles such as firearms transactions
