Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Previous related work experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to walk, reach, talk, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling
Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally
Acceptable vision and hearing levels
Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous related work experience preferred
Ability to operate POS equipment, telephone, and symbol systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
Knowledge of outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, and camping
CPR and First Responder certification a plus (for Asset Protection)
Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background a plus (for Asset Protection)
Must meet federal and state firearm sales requirements (for Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member)
