Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- part-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous related work experience preferred
- CPR and First Responder certification a plus for Asset Protection
- ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting up to 60 pounds
- acceptable hearing and vision
- adherence to company policies and work hours
- ability to pass necessary federal and state firearms credential requirements
- willingness to perform multiple job functions
- valid FOID card for Illinois positions where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- associates or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred for Asset Protection
- previous retail or related work experience preferred
- proficiency in operating POS and telephone equipment
- excellent customer service orientation
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to multitask with organizational skills
- knowledge of inventory software and order processing
- passion for outdoor hobbies
- ability to meet federal and state firearm requirements where applicable
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service
- assist customers in navigating product selections
- operate POS equipment and handle cash transactions
- maintain store presentation including merchandising and inventory control
- support loss prevention activities
- perform receiving and stocking duties
- follow emergency response and safety procedures
