Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS equipment and telephone preferred (Cashier only)
- 4+ years personal experience with outdoor hobbies (Outdoor Enthusiast only)
- CPR and First Responder certification a plus (Asset Protection only)
- Ability to meet federal and state firearms transaction requirements (Fishing and Hunting only)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable hearing and vision levels
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Capability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods
- Adherence to company policies and professional behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection only)
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Experience operating POS equipment preferred (Cashier only)
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail
- Passion for outdoor hobbies and interests (Outdoor Enthusiast only)
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to meet federal and state firearms transaction requirements (Fishing and Hunting only)
