Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Meet federal and state requirements for firearm sales when applicable
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred for asset protection
- Previous related work experience preferred
- CPR and First Responder certification is a plus for asset protection
- Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Effective problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient use of POS equipment, symbol, and telephone for cashier roles
- Knowledge of inventory software for cashier roles
- Passion for outdoor hobbies and skills in fishing, hunting, and camping
- Meets federal and state requirements for firearms handling for hunting sales team member
- Ability to write routine reports for cashier roles
