Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
previous related work experience preferred
ability to operate POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred for cashiers
4+ years personal experience with outdoor hobbies for Outdoor Enthusiast roles
CPR and First Responder certification a plus for Asset Protection
must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions for Hunting and Fishing sales
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
acceptable hearing and vision levels
ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
strong situational awareness

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred for Asset Protection team members
previous retail or customer service experience preferred
ability to operate POS systems
strong communication and problem-solving skills
passion for outdoor activities and sports
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
