Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for asset protection only
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS equipment
- CPR and First Responder certification a plus for asset protection
- Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background a plus for asset protection
- 4+ years personal experience with outdoor hobbies for outdoor enthusiast
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Good hearing and vision
- Adherence to company work policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
