Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable hearing and vision levels
- Adhere to company policies and professional behavior standards
- Physical ability to frequently walk, reach, talk, and stand
- Occasional ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Strong situational awareness and observation skills
- Must meet legal requirements for specific sales positions as applicable

- Previous related work experience preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to use POS and inventory software

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Engage with customers and build rapport
- Navigate and assist with product information
- Operate POS equipment and process transactions
- Support inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety and emergency response procedures
