Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision
- Adherence to company policies and professional staff behavior
- Ability to walk, reach, talk frequently
- Ability to sit, climb, kneel, crouch occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly and 60 pounds occasionally

- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Experience operating POS equipment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing and hunting
Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and questions
- Operate POS equipment accurately
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Support inventory control and receiving processes
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
