Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision
  • Adherence to company policies and professional staff behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection
  • Previous related work experience preferred
  • Experience operating POS equipment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing and hunting

Job Duties

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service
  • Assist customers with product selection and questions
  • Operate POS equipment accurately
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Support inventory control and receiving processes
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
