Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- must comply with OSHA regulations and company policies
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- flexible schedule including availability nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies
- monitor checkout stations to ensure adequate cash and appropriate staffing
- establish or identify prices of goods and services, tabulate bills using cash registers
- maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- stock shelves and mark prices on items
- prepare a variety of specialty beverage orders such as Lee's Specialty coffee and smoothies
- perform cleaning tasks in beverage area according to health standards
- ensure beverage area is neat, clean, and well-stocked
- receive sandwich orders from customers
- slice meats and vegetables
- assemble sandwiches with meats, garnishes, and condiments
- cook, mix, and season ingredients for dressings and fillings
- fry bacon, grill chicken and pork for hot sandwiches
- keep work area clean complying with OSHA and company policies
- complete opening and closing checklists
- prepare meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking using kitchen equipment
- maintain clean and sanitary work station including grills, fryers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment
- close kitchen properly following checklist
- maintain, clean, and sanitize all store areas and equipment including bathrooms and break rooms
- vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and restock supplies
- empty trash cans and replace liners
- wear proper personal protective equipment at all times
- restock vending supplies
