Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties
- Ability to frequently walk, reach, talk, stand, and use repetitive hand motions
- Ability to occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull
- Ability to constantly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds
- Ability to follow documents such as safety rules and procedures
- Must meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions for certain roles
- Ability to use basic mathematical computations
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional conduct rules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred for asset protection roles
- Previous related work experience preferred
- CPR and First Responder certification a plus for asset protection roles
- Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, competitive shooting, and camping
- Ability to meet federal and state requirements for firearm sales and processing (for Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS equipment and inventory software
Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Assist customers in navigating product choices
- Operate point-of-sale equipment
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Support inventory control and receiving processes
- Adhere to safety and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
