Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to other store locations if necessary

- Able to read understand and communicate in person and on the telephone
- Must speak read write and comprehend English
- Ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with customers
- Able to perform repetitious work accurately

- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds bending stooping and kneeling
- Ability to stand and move about in the kitchen
- Ability to handle food objects products and utensils
- Willingness to relocate to other store locations if necessary
Job Duties
- Answering customers questions and providing information on procedures or policies
- Monitoring checkout stations to ensure adequate cash available and appropriate staffing
- Establishing or identifying prices of goods services or admission and tabulating bills using calculators or cash registers
- Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas
- Receiving payment by cash check credit cards vouchers or automatic debits
- Stocking shelves and marking prices on shelves and items
- Preparing a variety of specialty beverage orders such as Lee's Specialty coffee smoothies hot drinks etc.
- Performing cleaning tasks according to departmental and public health standards
- Ensuring the beverage area is neat clean and well-stocked at all times
- Receiving sandwich orders from customers
- Slicing meats and vegetables by hand or machine
- Placing meat or filling and garnish between bread and preparing garnishes for sandwiches
- Cooking mixing and seasoning ingredients to make dressings fillings and spreads
- Frying bacon grilling chicken and pork for hot sandwiches
- Keeping the work area clean and complying with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Completing opening and closing checklists
- Preparing a variety of meats poultry vegetables and other food items for cooking
- Complying with standard portion sizes cooking methods quality standards and kitchen rules
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area
- Closing the kitchen properly and assisting others
- Maintaining clean and sanitized store areas and equipment including stations bathrooms sinks countertops microwaves refrigerators and break rooms
- Vacuuming sweeping mopping dusting brushing and restocking supplies
- Emptying trash cans and replacing liners
- Wearing proper personal protective equipment at all times
- Restocking vending supplies in the appropriate storage area
