Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous related work experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS equipment and telephone
- Four or more years of personal experience with outdoor hobbies
- CPR and First Responder certification a plus
- Knowledge of loss prevention or criminal justice a plus
- Ability to meet federal and state requirements for selling firearms
- Ability to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only)
- Strong situational awareness and observation skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking
- Must adhere to company policies and work hours
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS and related equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of outdoor sports and activities preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Proficient in inventory and order processing systems
Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Assist customers in navigating products and making purchases
- Operate POS equipment efficiently and accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
- Support inventory control and receiving processes
- Ensure safety and loss prevention measures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
