Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Acceptable level of hearing and vision
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to read and follow safety rules and instructions
Must meet legal requirements for firearm transactions for fishing and hunting positions
Must qualify to maintain FOID card in Illinois for fishing and hunting positions
Bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection Team Members
Previous related work experience preferred
Proficient in operating POS and inventory software
Strong customer service skills
Effective problem-solving and communication skills
Passionate about outdoor sports and activities
CPR and First Responder certification a plus for Asset Protection

Job Duties

Provide fast, friendly customer service
Navigate and assist customers with product choices
Impact customer satisfaction and store profitability
Operate POS equipment (cashier positions)
Maintain store safety and asset protection (asset protection positions)
Receive, stock, and merchandise products
Perform cleaning and custodial duties
